    Meal Planning December 16th

    I’ve vaguely tried meal planning before and I always end up falling off the wagon after a day or two. However, this time I’m really hoping to stick to it. After recently analyzing what I eat on a daily basis, it appears that I must be about 90% chocolate. The kids eat well every day but I end up stopping at random bakeries for chocolate cookies or red velvet cake and I’m really starting to regret it. My blood pressure is high and I’m actually afraid to have my cholesterol checked. So by writing this I’m hoping to make a commitment to myself to at least try. I’ll update you…
